If you ultimately cannot find comfort with your seat you may return any seat purchased directly from SpeedandComfort.com within 30 days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). The product must be in its original condition when returning. Return shipment fees are the customer’s responsibility. Once the returned product is received by SpeedandComfort, SpeedandComfort will inspect all returns for any wear, damage or loss; and may, at our sole discretion and at our option, decline to issue a refund or replacement
